She was born to the late Joseph and Luella (nee: Overturf) Booth on July 10, 1931 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Mary married Armin J. Montroy on April 4, 1959 in Chester, IL. He survives.

She was a bookkeeper.

Mary was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Ellis Grove, IL.
