He leaves his wife, Mrs. Daisy Twigg, 2 sons, Horace Twigg, Hagerstown, Md. and Ralph Twigg, Washington, D.C., 4 daughters, Mrs. Stanley Daniels, Mrs. Elmer Smith, Mrs. Jane Dawson, all of Cumberland, Md. and Mrs. George Nalley, Hagerstown, Md.
