FRANK ESPOSITO, 73, of Hamilton Hill Road, Harmony, president and treasurer of Esposito Printing, Cranston, died Saturday at home.
He was the husband of Rose (Passarelli) Esposito. Born in Cranston, a son of the late Francesco A. and Maria (Gemma) Esposito, he had lived in Greenville before he moved to Harmony 21 years ago.
Mr. Esposito was an industrial arts teacher in Cranston and Providence from 1959 until he retired in 1986.
He was a Coast Guard veteran of World War II and a member of the Wanskuck Boys Club and the Cranston Chamber of Commerce. He was a communicant of St. Philip Church and a member of the Glocester Country Club, where he was an avid golfer.
Mr. Esposito received a master's degree in industrial arts from Rhode Island College in 1968, and was a 1948 graduate of Illinois State University. He had attended the Rhode Island School of Design.
Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Frank Esposito Jr. of Harmony; a sister, Theresa Ricci of Upper Montclair, N.J.; and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was the brother of the late Lucy Del Santo, Ann Geremina, Carmella Silva, and Santine and Anthony Esposito.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 8:30 a.m. from Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Smithfield. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
