Patrick Collins, aged 70, an ex-Sergeant R.I.C., died at Carlanstown, Kells, on 19 December 1946.
The cause of death was Cardiac Atheroma, some years, Cardiac Failure, suddenly, certified.
His death was registered on 15 October 1948 (on the authority of the Registrar General, as a late registration) by Patrick L. Collins, son, present at death, of Carlanstown.
