The identification of two fieldstones as the graves of Rosina Canon & her sister Betsey is not certain but is likely. Both were known to have died at Tyringham, and the stones lie in the family plot between their parents and their sister, Hannah (Canon) Hawkins.

Rosina Canon's parents were enumerated at Washington in 1810 and at Becket in 1820. She was probably born at one of those two places. Her death date was recorded as 27 February in a journal found in Yale's Bidwell Papers collection, and as 26 March in her sister Hannah's diary, archived at the Hancock Shaker Village.
