Carl Floyd Pittman, age 83 of Evergreen died Friday, December 28, 2012 at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville.
Final rites will be held 3:00 p.m. Monday at Worthington Funeral Home with Reverend Ricky Donaldson officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery, Evergreen.
He was the son of the late Charlie Bennett and Janie Barnhill Pittman.
He is survived by his wife, Lola Fields Pittman of the home; a daughter, Janet Rose Barnes of Evergreen; four sons, Sidney Carl Pittman of Lumberton, Mitchell Pittman of Evergreen, David Pittman of Evergreen and John Allen Pittman of Evergreen; a sister, Alma Faulk of Evergreen; 5 grandchildren and a great-grandson.
