PASCHAL, Robert A.

Robert A. Paschal, aka Robb A. Paschal, 74, of Glastonbury, beloved husband of Gertrud (Munzke) Paschal, died Saturday, (April 28, 2001) at the Jefferson House, Newington. Born in Riverview, AL, he had lived in Glastonbury for the past 30 years. He had served in the Air Force during World War II, and retired as a Fire Chief from the Air Force after 22 years of service. After his career in the service, Mr. Paschal was a fireman for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft for 22 years, retiring in 1989. He was a member of the Army-Navy Club, Manchester, and the Masonic Lodge #62, East Hartford.

Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Sabrina C. Gowen of Maitland, FL; his step-mother, Kerry Brooks of Alabama; a half sister, Elizabeth Ann Paschal of Alabama; and a granddaughter, Caroline Gowen of Maitland, FL.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 2, at 10 a.m., in the Lutheran Church of St. Mark, Glastonbury. Burial, with full military honors, will follow in Green Cemetery, Glastonbury. There are no calling hours. The Mulryan Funeral Home, Glastonbury, has care of arrangements.
