On Sunday eve the 11-months-old infant of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Moutray, after a brief lifetime of suffering passed quietly away. It was probably the smallest child of its age ever seen in this vicinity, weighing about seven pounds. Its remains were laid to rest in Black River cemetery Monday afternoon, Rev. Spann conducting a short funeral service.
