Buelah Holland
HITCHCOCK - Buelah Holland, 76, died Friday at home after a brief illness. Service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at La Marque Chapel Church of God in Christ, Texas City, the Rev. Charles L. Stevenson officiating. Burial will follow at Grace Memorial Park in Alta Loma, under direction of Mainland Funeral Home of La Marque. A wake will be held 7-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Holland, a housewife, was born Feb. 10, 1909 in Seguin
Texas.
Survivors include a son, Charles Henry Phillips of Hitchcock; two brothers, Lewis Holland and Otha Holland, both of Los Angeles, Calif.; two sisters, Minnie Ballage of Gonzales, Texas, Naorni Holland of Seguin; and a host of grandchildren and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
Visitors may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Sunday.
