She came to America with her parents, Vaclav and Mary Kacl in 1884 directly to Nebraska.
On January 19, 1897 she was united in marriage to Anton Musil. The union was a happy one. They farmed in Saline County near Swanton where Mrs. Musil was well known and highly respected. In 1942 they retire from the farm and moved to town.
Mrs. Musil spent her entire active life in this county and worked hard during her lifetime to fulfill her duties. She was a loving and faithful wife and mother to her family. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary at Swanton.
Funeral services were held Saturday at 2:00 o'clock at Shimerda-Schleis Funeral Home with Rev. K.O. Zavadil officiating. Milo Chaloupka sang, accompanied by Mrs. Emma Vosika. Interment was in Bohemian national cemetery, west of Wilber.
