Add Photos"This family cemetery was located north of Lake Road and west of Shacks Hole Road within the controlled access danger area of Fort Pickett in what was Tract E-402 owned
by Arthur L. Walker et ux. in 1944 (see Table 1 and Figure 1). It is marked as "relocated" on the 1944 map but not included on Godburn's list of cemeteries relocated
to Butterwood Church (Godburn 1977: Appendix G). The information on the metal markers at Gills Bridge identified the relocation of 2 Unknown individuals from this cemetery (see Table 5). The exact location of this former cemetery has not been identified at the time of this survey."
