I became interested in genealogy in the early 90's and researched my family, Belknap, Hanning (Haning)my mother's family as well as my wife's Vivian Bailey, Gooch and Case. I stopped due to time constraints due to my work load and never returned. This site has peaked my interest in the subject again and have found it most helpful. When I was working on genealogy in the early 90's it was a bit of a challenge but the strides forward made in the intervening years are remarkable. So much research is available on line it is indeed remarkable. I have been retired for a few years and now find that I have a bit more time on hand.
