I am from Cleveland, TN, daughter of Shelba Jean (Roderick) [Moore] Cole and (unmarried) Walter Ernest "Dutch" Johnson (1925-2001). My maiden name is Moore, as that was my mother's legal last name at the time of my birth in 1978. My maternal grandparents are Lucy Malinda (Wright) Roderick and Jessie Hubert Roderick. Lucy is the daughter of Susan Ann (Trewhitt) Wright and William Hanse Wright, a direct descendant of the Levi Trewhitt Family, who relocated to Cleveland, TN from North Carolina in approximately 1836 and who is believed to have originally lived in England on the Irish Sea. Lucy and Jessie H. had 7 children: Mary Ann (deceased), Shelba Jean [Moore] Cole, Melba Ruth [Floyd][Anderson] (deceased), Wayne Franklin (deceased), Hattie Mae Massengill (deceased), Helen Joyce Fox (deceased), and Jessie Charles "J.C." Roderick.
My paternal grandparents would be Myrtle Roach Johnson and Ollie Johnson.
