Bio

I have two brothers that both served in the military. One was in the Army and was stationed in Korea during the Vietnam war. My other brother was in the Marines and was stationed in Vietnam just below the DMZ line. My uncle was a top turret gunner/flight engineer of a B-17 bomber in WWII. His plane was shot down on March 6, 1944, the first day of heavy daylight bombing raids. My husband and I volunteer at the Germantown Veterans Memorial Museum. I firmly believe that all of our soldiers deserve respect and our devotion. My 10 year old grandson is very interested in the military, especially WWII and I nurture this love the best I can.
I wasn't aware of this site until a short time ago and I hope that I will be able to contribute valuable information whenever I can.
