Bio

I have been visiting churchyards since childhood, originally to lay flowers on the graves of my great grandparents. My grandmother told me many fascinating tales about my ancestors and I was hooked on researching my family history, from cradle to grave.
So many gravestones suffer the ravages of time. Some years ago I began photographing, researching and recording all the gravestones in a local church to ensure there is a permanent record, that the deceased are not forgotten.
Whilst I am based in Norfolk, England, somehow I find myself visiting churchyards even when I'm on holiday.
Most of my memorials are for non-relatives. If you would like any of my memorials transferred to your stewardship, please ask. Similarly, if you'd prefer that your relative is not memorialised in this way, just let me know and I will remove it.
