The Doña Ana County Genealogical Society of Las Cruces, Doña Ana County, New Mexico, was established in its current form in January 2008 with the specific purpose of assisting those interested in genealogical research and offering them ideas new to them about how to conduct their research more successfully and with less effort spent. We meet once per month on the second Wednesday of each month.

We have established this account for the purpose of creating and maintaining a Virtual Cemetery on FindAGrave for our deceased members as a way to honor them. We endeavor to complete their memorials and connect their memorial to those of their parents and, if needed, research deeply enough to connect their memorial up to three generations back. We feel that this is our way to honor our members for the work they did in learning about their own life story and that of their family.
