My father is Claude Hamilton Shifflett and I have surnames such as Morris, Knight and Shifflett on his side. My mother is Eleanor Pearl Eppard Shifflett and she has surnames of Eppard, Dean, Shifflett and Hensley. So far it seems my relatives are predominately from the Greene, Albemarle and Rockingham county areas.
