My main goal here is making sure family members get linked together appropriately, collecting or adding memorials is not my main goal but I am adding family members who are not yet represented. I enjoy record searches and work mostly on familysearch but do spend some time on Ancestry. My DNA is on Gedmatch, Myheritage, and FTDNA. Please understand that as a result of my DNA test results my tree may not match what you have on record (surprise to me as well!) so keeping things as accurate as possible in records and DNA are also mentioned on the BIOs.

My mother used to invest long hours working on the family tree in the days before we had the tools that we now have and much of her work was left unfinished and some was wrong as I came to discover. I devote a lot of time into record searches and dig deep to find missing pieces so that I can finish the work that my mother started and I try to leave a clear trail for others who may be seeking that information later.

Findagrave has become a source for those searching for Ancestors and as such I try to make sure that family members are linked together whenever possible and that the information here is as accurate as possible. I do not contribute thousands of memorials, that is not my goal, I leave that to the ones who are more interested in filling that content while I dig into the research and try to link everyone together.

The few memorials that I currently manage are of my family and of the Pearson's who were my family by marriage. If and when I reach out to you asking you to edit a memorial it is because they are members of my family otherwise I would not be reaching out to you and I have researched them before reaching out to you, thank you.
