Bio

Family history & genealogy are passions of more than half-a-century, perhaps triggered as an infant among my 300+ member Hawaiian 'ohana. While a baby I was center at a rare FIVE-generations photo with my mother, her mother, her mother, and her mother. Treasure!

I manage memorials for extended family, Hawaiian cousins, mentors, and a few friends.

Please improve narrative, add detail, photos, & anecdotes here - let's animate our family & community memories! Did the person love certain foods? ...or enjoy cooking a signature dish? Pets? Travels? Heirlooms left behind? Who was this person named for - or, who's now named after them? Richer bios help us relatives & friends to share, to mourn, and to remember.

Often it's impossible to get-together for a proper 'bon voyage' due to distance or health difficulties, or loss-of-life may be sudden. Especially as many families elect to cremate and don't create physical memorial sites, the memorials on this site are unique places to honor our beloved departed. Step back from these memorials, reflect on your own mortality (we each die young), and celebrate life & community!

Again, please let's introduce more about our loved ones than dry details - these dated boxes are only the first steps; We can always build better biographies! Our relatives & friends were passionate people - what did they enjoy? (or dislike). Each has a legacy. Please add anecdotes, photos, art, etc.
