I have been our family's genealogy researcher for some 45 years, since my teenage years. I actively research Kincaid, Hodges Slate, Edens, Anderson, Welch, Teel and Mace families. All from West Virginia where our roots go back seven generations or more.
In 2015 a cousin and I took on the responsibility of restoring and maintaining our family cemetery, the Mace-Teel cemetery in Kanawha County, West Virginia.
