Hi! My name is Amber. I am extremely interested in my family history and genealogy. I have been comping lineage on all sides that I can, and I now slowly but surely getting it all logged through ancestry.com

I am actually a descendant of two of the Henry brothers, Robert Hugh Henry and James Henry (the 2nd?), born of James Henry and Margot O'Hara Henry. In Ireland in the early 1800s. I have a hard bound book of the Henry/O'Hara family history beginning with James and Margot, but I am trying to learn more about this line before this couple (my 6th Great Grandparents). There seems to be evidence that Patrick Henry (the great Irish-American Patriot) is one of my great (I think 7 or 8 greats ago) uncles.

This is only one side/piece of my incredibly cool and interesting family history. I believe from what I can find that 3 or my 4 direct grandparents are of Irish/Scottish or Irish/English descent.
