Update Jan 2024: I've been trying to solve the mystery of who my Great Great Grand Uncle Robert Henry Curle's parents were. This brings up the topic that a headstone or any grave memorial may been inaccurate so check the records. Even official records can be dishonest so check more than one and do some sleuthing especially when a child is born to an unwed mother. I really appreciate the addition of relatives to my management. My main focus is the surnames:
From England to Canada:
Oatway, Pickles & Cooper, Curle & Evans, Hilton.
From Ireland to Canada:
Logan & Toye, Conn & Forde, Knox & Cashon.
From Scotland to Canada:
MacRea or MacRae, Fraser and much further back, Logan.
I also still add to the big Oatway Tree with some cousins which covers all people living or deceased. I occasionally take graveyard photos but I am a GENEALOGIST not a Name Collector obsessed with managing 1,000s of names. If you recognize a name as a close relative of yours, then PLEASE let me know and I will gladly transfer the memorial to you. Unlike some here, I believe memorials should be managed by the CLOSEST RELATIVE or FAMILY GENEALOGIST whose is avidly researching that family.
