Age 79, on March 28, 2003, of Myrtle Beach, SC; husband for 53 years of Nancy Schafer Craddock; father of Robert W. Craddock & wife Karen of Pittsburgh, William A. Craddock of Lowell, MA, Barbara Hays of Georgetown, SC, and the late Barton Thomas Craddock; brother of Jeanne Sager of Bellevue, WA, Mary Lemley of Waynesburg, Alberta Lilja of Bridgeville, and the late Thomas W. Craddock & Ruth Petkervich; grandfather of Cindy Lynn Helbling, Cheryl Lynn Craddock & Robert James Craddock; son of the late Robert Barnsley & Mary Waite Craddock.

Mr. Craddock retired after 38 years from the Heppenstall Co. as a Chemist & Metallurgist.

He was an Army Veteran of WW II, a member of the Franklin St John Masonic Lodge, the Grand Strand Low Country Choral Group, and Myrtle Beach Elks Lodge.

In 1997 he was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame in Oneonta, NY.
