To the Hon. John G. Gose County Judge, comes now M.L. Johnson and shows to the court that he resides in Wise County Texas and that about 1 Sep 1904, Mrs Leesie Jones who resided in said Wise County departed the life leaving surviving her four children to-wit Minnie Fisher age 11, and a female, Jesse Fisher age 9 years old, and a male (*Jessie is a female), Isaac Fisher, a male aged 7 years annd that they have no guardian. That the said minor's are entitled to an estate left by their deceased mother Mrs. Leesie Jones consisting of money to the amount of $110.00. That all of the minors reside in said Wise County. Your applicant would futher show to the court that he resides in said Wise County and that he is in no way disqualified to act as Guardian of said estate and that he be appointed Guardian. F.L.
