The visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The graveside service will be 12:00 noon Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Belgreen Cemetery with military honors. Officiating the service will be Bro. Jackie Richardson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Taylor Garner; parents, Frank Wesley Garner, Sr. and Annie Loue Reed Garner; siblings, Alice Garner Watts, Martha Garner Ward, Charles Garner, Frank Wesley Garner, Jr., Joann Garner Shettles, Sue Garner King, and Roger Garner
He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Rusty Garner (wife, Angel), Robin Garner Griffin (husband, DeWayne); grandchildren, Joseph Williford, Gaby Garner, Trey Garner; brother, Herbert Allen Garner; sister, Janet Garner Fain; and a host of nieces & nephews.
The pallbearers will Doug Alexander, Philip Bradley, Brad Pounders, Dustin Cook, Bryan Fuller, and Chuck Hamm. The honorary pallbearers will be his nephews.
The family would like to extend a sincere thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at ECM Hospital.
