He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa Jean Marshall. He is survived by
his wife of 52 years, Patsy L. Baltz; children, Stephen L. Baltz of
Christiansburg, Va., Patricia B. Leach of Mechanicsville, Va., Dorothy M. Baltz
of Woodbridge, Va. and Nancy B. Broome of Christiansburg, Va.; two brothers,
Stuart K. Baltz and Louis Baltz; nine grandchildren; son-in-law, Scott Marshall
of Tullahoma, Tenn.
He was retired from Sears Roabuck and Co., a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church
and Chesterfield Ruritan Club.
His remains rest at the Bliley Funeral Homes' Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull
Street Rd. where the family will receive friends 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, and
where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday. Interment Dale Memorial
Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4240
Park Place Ct., Glen Allen, Va. 23060.
