Elizabeth Ridley Fleming, 88, passed from this life on September 4, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Fleming, Carole Duvall, and Jeff Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Brigham Cemetery in Campbell. Visitation will begin at 10:00 Saturday until service time at the funeral home.

Elizabeth was born November 21, 1923 to Fred and Chloe (Henderson) Ridley of Campbell. She graduated from Campbell High School and attended East Texas State University. She lived most of her life in Dallas and later Grand Prairie and Bedford.

Survivors include her twin sister, Caroline Gibson of Tyler; son, Gary Fleming of Dallas; daughter and son-in-law, Joan and Mike Hill of Colleyville; granddaughters, Natalie Doyle and husband Anthony of Ft. Worth and Allison Hill of Colleyville; great-grandchildren Trinity, Kyla and Logan Doyle; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and loyal friends.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband of 57 years, Nathan A. Fleming; brother, Rev. Robert Ridley; and sisters Dorris George and Mary Fleming.

Elizabeth's happy spirit, faith in God and love for life touched many people throughout her long and happy journey in this world. She was a respected member of a large close-knit family that she loved unconditionally. The kindness, joy, and love that she brought to all those around her will truly be missed.
