Funeral service for Jessie Willard Brown, 37, of Cottontown, Thursday afternoon at Alexander Funeral Home by Rev. Evan Bergwall. Burial was in Gallatin Cemetery.
Mr. Brown, a machinist, died Wednesday, Jun 14, 1967 at Sumner County Memorial Hospital following a long illness.
Born in Jackson County, he was the son of Callie Neil and James B. Brown.
He was married to Mary Cardwell Brown, 02 October 1948 in Simpson County, Kentucky, who survives, and he had lived in Cottontown most of his life.
Other survivors, in addition to his wife, are his father; four sons, Larry Brown, Nickie Brown, Mark Brown and Justin Brown, all of Cottontown; two daughters, Connie and Kathy Brown of Cottontown; three brothers, Fowler Brown of Nashville, Earl and Bobby Brown of Gallatin.
