She was born on Monday, July 2nd, 2012 in Lexington, Kentucky.
Along with her parents, Claire Ann was survived by her maternal grandparents, Kenny and Mary Lee Doss of Greenville, Kentucky; parental grandparents, Doug Jones of Somerset, Kentucky and Sheila Jones of Somerset, Kentucky; great grandparents, Thelma Sherrod of Greenville, Kentucky, Kenneth Doss of Greenville, Kentucky, and Ethel Jones of Somerset, Kentucky; also her uncles and aunt, Eric and Kara Bletzinger of Greenville, Kentucky and Josh Jones of Somerset, Kentucky.
Visitations were held on Monday, July 9th, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home in Somerset, Kentucky.
Funeral services were held on Monday, July 9th, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in the Chapel of the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Stephen Summers officiating.
Her uncles served as her pallbearers.
Burial followed in the Saline-Jones Cemetery in Somerset, Kentucky.
THIS IS A TRIBUTE IN MEMORY OF CLAIRE ANN,
When God calls little children to dwell with Him above. We mortals sometimes question the wisdom of His love. For no heartache compares with the death of one small child, who does so much to make our world seem wonderful and mild. Perhaps God tires of calling the aged to His fold. So He picks a rosebud before it can grow old. God knows how much we need them and so He takes but a few, to make the land of Heaven more beautiful to view. Believing this is difficult still somehow we must try. The saddest word mankind will ever know will always be "Goodbye".
