Wonderful lady. Toots was sweet and Fun loving, and all around wonderful person. Toots was closer to her nieces and nephews more that her other siblings. She was 17 years younger than her sister Dorothy. Dorothy did not even know her mother was pregnant, she just called to talk to her, and was told her mother was having a baby. Shirley was one of a kind. She had very bad diabetes, and it eventually took her life. She is missed.
