Williard Owens

Williard Owens 65, of San Bernardino, Calif., formerly of the Lake's Area, died on Jan. 15 at Fontana Hospital in San Bernardino, after a lingering illness. Burial will be at Mount Vernon Cemetery in San Bernardino on Tuesday, Jan. 20.

Mr. Owens attended the Excelsior School.

Survivors include his wife Joyce, daughter Patricia Howe, and a son, Michael Owens, all of San Bernardino. He also had two step-children and two granddaughters: Kim Howe and Lisa Howe. Also surviving is a sister, Mrs. Olie Reed, who had spent the past month in the Reed home in San Bernardino with her husband.
