Walter W. "Bill" Williams, age 74 of Conway, died Wednesday at his home. He was a retired Inspector for U. S. D. A. and an Army Veteran of WWII. He leaves his wife, Junella Joy Williams; two sons, William E. "Bill" and wife, Beverly Williams of Sherwood, Ed and wife Pat Williams of North Little Rock; a brother, Joe Worm of Little Rock; three sisters, Mary Harrel of Conway, Sarah Parker of Littleton, Colorado, and Pat Bailey of Greenbrier; along with five grandchildren, Tracee Williams of North Little Rock, Heather and Mark Young of Sherwood, Justin and Mandi Williams of Fort Smith, Jake Williams of North Little Rock, and Ryan Williams of Sherwood; and two great-grandchildren Bradley and Hannah Young of Sherwood.

A rosary will be said at 7:00 p.m., Friday, July 30, 1999 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 10:00 am., Saturday, July 31, 1999 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Conway, with burial in Crestlawn Memorial Park. Justin Williams, Jake Williams, Ryan Williams, Mark Young, Gary Irby and Barry Irby will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Hospice Home Care of Conway or to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Conway.
