Clem C. Chilcote, 77, of Hustontown died on Thursday, January 18, 1975, at the Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg. Born on August 17, 1897, in Hustontown, he was a son of the late Joseph and Laura (Keister) Chilcote. He became the husband of the former Blanche Shaw on August 14, 1929. Surviving are his wife and four children, Clement D. of Waynesboro, R.D. 2, Lawrence H. and Mrs. Donald (Edna) Ramsey, both of Hustontown, and Mrs. Carl (Martha) Robinson of Mercersburg, R.D. 1. Three daughters by a previous marriage, Mrs. Mildred Corle of Martinsburg, Mrs. Ruth Harclerode of Ohio and Mrs. Dorothy Maulfalr of Hershey, also survive. Mr. Chilcote has 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Other survivors include two brothers, Charles and Robert, both of Hustontown, and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Kleinfelter and Mrs. Daniel (Lottie) Nye, both of Palmyra. Mr. Chilcote was a member of the Hustontown Church of God. Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 19, in the Church of God in Hustontown. The Rev. Leonard Wright will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Sarah Clayton and the Rev. C. H. Vance. Interment will be made in Mount Tabor Nazarene Cemetery, Harrisonville.
