MANTACHIE - Jason Scott Butler died Monday, May 14, 2012, at his home. Known affectionately by friends and family as "Scotty," he was born on Nov. 15, 1967, in Tupelo to Dennis and Sybil Louise Butler. He was a member of Fawn Grove Baptist Church.
Private family graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Fawn Grove Cemetery. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home is assisting the family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. He is survived by two sisters, Wanda Byars of Tupelo and Patricia Branning of Pontotoc; one brother, Dennis Elton Butler of Aberdeen.
