John Butler, formerly of 106 Goodwin Ave., at the residence of his son Tie [sic.] Butler, Plainwell, Michigan, died Thursday April 17, 1924, at 2:00 p.m. age 100 years old 2 months 24 days. Remains will arrive at Toledo, Monday April 24, 1924, at 3:30 p.m. Funeral services at the grave in Willow Cemetery at 4:00 p.m. Friends invited. Deceased is survived by two sons, Ty Butler of Plainwell, Michigan, John Butler of South Dakota. For further information call H.H. Birkenkamp [Funeral Home, Toledo].

A daughter, Flora (Butler) Cutcher Flaherty, predeceased him in 1918.
