Minnie Ruth Wilson Davis, 94, departed this world on Monday, March 19, 2012, to be with Christ Jesus, her Lord and Savior. She enjoyed a long life with her family and friends and will be missed by all. Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Private committal in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Davis was born in Aubrey on Nov. 22, 1917, and had resided in Fort Worth since she was 2. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul R. Davis Sr.; brother, Bilson Wilson; and sister, Madeline Dozier.
Survivors: Children, Barbara Walsh and husband Jim; sons, Paul Davis Jr. and wife, Sue, and Richard Davis; sister, Vera Spencer; brother-in-law, Mack Dozier; sister-in-law, Peggy Wilson; grandchildren, Lori Walsh McDonald, Kevin Walsh, Jeffrey Davis, Talitha Davis Ayers, Lindsay Davis and Karen Carpenter; great-grandchildren, Matthew McDonald, Kelly Carpenter and Brendaya Ayers; and numerous nieces and nephews.
