AMERICAN FORK – Ada Taft Mills, 38, American Fork, died in American Fork Hospital Saturday. She was born May 4, 1932, in Bicknell, Wayne County, the daughter of Ellis V. and
Edith Bushnell Taft.

She married Donald H. Mills on Sept. 19, 1947, in American Fork. She was nurses aide at the
American Fork Hospital. A member of the LDS Church in the American Fork 10th Ward, she served as dance and sports director in the YWMIA, Sunday School and Primary teacher, and visiting teacher in Relief Society.

Survivors include her husband, four daughters and one son, Dorothy, Loretta, Yvonne and Calvin Mills, all of American Fork; Mrs. John (Donna) Downard, Salt Lake City; her parents, American Fork; four sisters and one brother, Mason Taft, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Rex (Nina) Gray, Kearns; Mrs. Jesse (Ann) Wagstaff, Columbia, Mo.; Mrs. Alvin (Janice) Ott, Corvallis, Ore.; Mrs. Kent (Mary) Gimes, Lehi.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the American Fork Sixth-Eighth Ward Chapel. Friends may call at Anderson and Sons Mortuary Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 12 until 1:30. Burial will be in the Timpanogos Memorial Gardens.
