Sandra Faye Carlucci, 56, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away Friday, May 18, 2012 in Corpus Christi. She was born on February 3, 1956 Corpus Christi, Texas, to her late parents, Robert Elburn and Dorothy Ancil.

Sandra touched lives, filled hearts with happiness, and created smiles. She loved her family and her friends, especially her best friend Sharon. Sandra embraced life and cherished time with her grandchildren; taking a grandson to baseball and basketball practices and games, one granddaughter to Girl Scouts, dance, and gymnastics, another granddaughter for rides in her buggy up and down the street, and watching them play for countless hours. She had a special bond with her oldest son, and she absolutely adored him. He was always her pride and joy. Sandra was a wife, mom, grandma and friend. She has fought the Good Fight and has been called home by God our Father. She had been fighting a long battle with heart disease. He looked down and saw that Sandra's body was tired and decided that it was time for her to join Him. She is safe in Our Father's Arms and has earned her Rest. On this day, the hearts of their family and friends are filled with unimaginable sorrow.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Seaside Funeral Home of Corpus Christi with visitation at Seaside Reid Chapel on Tuesday, May 22nd from 4:30 to 6 p.m. with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6 p.m. A Funeral Service followed the Rosary.
