Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Huse, 85, a resident of Royse City, were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 13, at the First Baptist Church in Royse City with Dr. Robert McGinnis and Rev. L.M. Cox officiating. Burial in Rockwall Cemetery. Royse City Funeral Home was in charge of the funeral and interment.
Mrs. Huse died on November 11 in the Rockwal Nursing Center. Born in Rockwall on March 5, 1900, she was the daughter of Henry and Lena Heflin Hinkle. She was the widow of George Huse, who preceded her in death in 1961. Mrs. Huse was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a stepdaughter, Mrs. Jo Fay Dismore of Chandler, Texas; a stepson, George Huse Jr. of McLendon-Chisholm; and several nieces and nephews.
