R. McClintock, Pioneer County Farmer, Dies Robert R. McClintock 80, pioneer farmer of Franklin County, died Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the home of a son, Roscoe McClintock three miles northeast of Johnston City, where he had resided for several months. He had been in failing health for several years. He was a member of East Fork Church, east of this city and was born in Frankfort Township. Besides his wife, Mary McClintock, he is survived by three sons, Wm McClintock near West Frankfort; Roscoe and Charles of Johnston City; two daughters, Eva Birkheimer and Mrs. Iva Malone, Mt. Vernon; a brother, Miles McClintock, near this city. The body is lying in state at the Roscoe McClintock home. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. at East Fork Church with Rev. Guy Tackett, pastor in charge. Interment will be in East Fork Cemetery.
