Son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Geren.
Attended Broken Arrow schools and graduated with the class of 1959.
He was a member of the Broken Arrow High School band, playing Sousaphone.
Married to Cheryl. Children Rod and Jennifer.
At the class of 1959's 30-year reunion he reported that he enjoyed fishing, bingo, family activities and spoiling his grandchildren.

Ronald Wayne Geren was born July 5, 1941 in Broken Arrow to William M. and Elva P. (Harris) Geren. He departed this life on April 21, 2009 at the age of 67 years 9 months and 16 days.
Ronald attended school in Broken Arrow and graduated from Broken Arrow High School with the class of 1959. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving with the United States Army.
Ronald was a saw operator for Hem Saw. He was married to Cheryl Kay Bennett on February 1, 1968 in Tulsa. Ronald enjoyed NASCAR, watching TV, especially the History Channel, Mash and war movies.

Ronald is survived by wife Cheryl of the home, one son Rodney Geren, grandchildren Ashleigh, Allyson, Alex, Arielle Geren, one daughter Jennifer White, one great grandchild Brenden White, one sister Alice Wilson and husband Mylo of Wynnewood, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Rhonda and Curtis Bailey of Wagoner, Gayle and Charlie Reinhardt of Locust Grove, cousins nieces, nephews and friends.
