Christa Dawn Burchett 33 of Lowmansville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday January 22, 2008 as a result of a tragic accident.
Christa was born September 2, 1974 in Columbus, Ohio the daughter of Redford and Melinda Moore Lemaster. She was the Assistant Chief and Emergency Management Services Director for the Paintsville, Kentucky Fire, EMS, and Rescue Services.
Survivors include her parents Redford and Melinda Lemaster of Webbville, Ky., a daughter Olivia Dawn Burchett at home; a very special friend Emily Jones and her daughter Haley Bowen, a brother and sister-in-law Redford II and Jennifer Lemaster of VanLear, Ky.; Aunts and Uncles, Deborah and Lee Hackney, Carol and Ron Hicks, and John and Kim Moore.
Funeral services with honors will be conducted by Chaplain Buell Webb and Chaplain Rick Ratliff on Sunday January 27th at 1:00 pm at the Louisa Middle School. Full honors will be presented at the Yatesville Memorial Gardens by members of the area Fire and EMS following the funeral service.
Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm Saturday at the Louisa Middle School.
Arrangements are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.
