KIRKVILLE - Eddie Charles Pounds, 55, died Friday, Dec. 23, 2011, at his home. He was retired and was a baptist. He loved spending time with his grandaughters. He loved sports and was an avid Ole Miss fan. He enjoyed playing dominoes.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Waters Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bill Adams officiating. Burial will be in the Kirkville Cemetery.
Survivors include his son, Brett Pounds and Tifffany of Fulton; two sisters, Brenda Roberts and Terry of Baldwyn and Judy Barnes of Kirkville; one brother, Larry Pounds of Kirkville; two grandaughters, Haley Pounds and Savannah Pounds.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Betty Malone Pounds; and a brother, Ricky Pounds.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Roberts, Michael Roberts, Tracy Barnes, Scotty Pounds, Brian Beasley and Mike Wilburn.
