She was born Feb. 1, 1921, in Gainesville. She moved to Clovis, N.M., from Lubbock in 1960. She returned to Lubbock in 1975. She married Eugene Denton Clark on Nov. 25, 1955, in Lubbock. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Veterans of Foreign Wars. She was a Baptist.
She was a salesperson, and she retired from Anthony's Department Store.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Phillip Edward Clark of Lubbock and David Eugene Clark of Woodrow; four daughters, Sandra Copp and Linda Aaron, both of Lubbock; Patty Mitchell of West Columbia and Theresa Bishop of Tulsa, Okla.; two sisters, Pecola Wilkeson of Fort Worth and Lettie Wallace of Corpus Christi; a brother, Johnny Brown of Ballinger; 19 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
