THE DAILY NEWS (HUNTINGDON, PENNSYLVANIA), MONDAY 29 JUL 1968, P. 2:

Mrs. Jessie L. McKee of Huntingdon, R.D. 1, Juniata Township, died at 10:40 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 1968, in the J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital. She had been in her usual health, but suffered a coronary occlusion on July 24 and was admitted to the hospital as a patient that same day.
She was born Oct. 13, 1903 in Dudley, a daughter of James E. and Mary Jane (Buckley) Reed.
She is survived by three sisters: Mrs. Herman (Janet) Yentch, West Reading; Mrs. Bertram (Martha) Pelikan, Handonfield, N.J.; Mrs. Robert (Esther) Silverthorn, Long Beach, Calif. One brother and two sisters preceded her in death.
She attended the Hawn's Bridge Community Church. Most of her life was spent in the Huntingdon area.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Brown's funeral home, Huntingdon. The Rev. Norwood B. Futrell will officiate and interment will be made in the Dudley Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Monday and until the hour for the services on Tuesday.
