Nancy Buckingham Wolfe. 72, of 3905 Shepherds Mill Road Berryville, died Saturday, March 4, 2000, at her home. Mrs. Wolfe was born Nov. 10 1927, in Richmond, the daughter of Alfred R. and Myrtle Blaney Buckingham.

She was a member of Duncan Memorial United Methodist Church, where she was chairman of the Council on Ministries, Chairman of the Worship Committee, served as president and vice president of the United Methodist Women, was a delegate to the Virginia Methodist Conference, Sunday school teacher, and serve on the district level of the Unite Methodist Women. She was a volunteer with Blue Ridge Hospice and the American Red Cross.

She married Cecil Price Wolfe on May 5, 1945, in Winchester. Mr. Wolfe died Feb. 9, 1994. Surviving are three sons, Thomas Reed Wolfe, James Richard "Dickie" Wolfe, and Daniel Blaney Wolfe, all of Berryville; and two grandchildren.

A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Duncan Memorial Untied Methodist Church, with the Rev. Harold E. Thornton officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Berryville. Memorials may be made to Duncan Memorial United Methodist Church, 210 E. Main St., Berryville 22611.

Enders & Shirley Funeral Home, Berryville, is handling arrangements.
