On June 18, 1900, Shadrach, age 64, & Virginia, 61, lived in Justice Precinct 4, Montague Co, TX with two grandchildren: Iva Virginia Bell and Shadrick Jay Walter Bell ((children of Effie Cuthbertson Bell))(7) & Walter Cuthbertson (5). They had been married 46 years. Virginia had given birth to 10 children; three had died.
Shadrach died three years later.
