Charles, also known as Charles-Victor Hugo, was the second son of Victor Hugo. He married Anne Caroline Alice Lehaene and they had 3 children, a son, Georges born 1867 and died March 1868, Georges Charles Victor Léopold Victor-Hugo and Léopoldine Clémence Adèle Lucie Jeanne Hugo Daudet Charcot Negroponte.
