Per D/C: Last name spelled FORREST vs. FOREST
DOB: 3/26/1853 (D/C) 3/26/1850 (marker)3/1852 per 1900 census

Andrew P. Forest and Lucy J. Meadows were married in 1889.
Andrew's death certificate shows the spelling as Farest but the Doctor's writing was hard to read.
