Born in Hermondale, Mo., he is the son of the late Bernard Edgar and Willie Eva York Frazer.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, O.B. Frazer and Jerry Frazer; two sisters, Willie Irene Gatewood and Ruth Imogene O'Million; grandson, Steven Richard Walter Knott; and son-in-law, Eugene R. Ford.
He was a United States Air Force veteran for over 20 years, having served in the Korean War and the Vietnam War.
He retired from the U.S. Post Office. He was a member of the American Legion and was also a former Girl Scout leader.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the National Rifle Association.
He loved spending time with his family and always put them first and through the years his neighbors depended on him, stating he could fix anything.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church and attended Gospel Lighthouse Church.
Mr. Frazer leaves his wife, Madge Evalyn Thieme Frazer, of the home; his children: Debra Sue Ford of Blytheville, Sherry Jane Horton and her husband Vick of West Memphis, Ark., and Jennifer Annette Martin and her husband Mark of Armorel, Ark.; his grand-children: Jessica Eldridge, Jeremiah York Frazer Knott, Eugene R. Ford, Jr. Timothy Mark Allen Knott, Lauren Martin, Grace Martin, Ethan Martin, Jeffery Horton, Jennifer Horton, Jennifer Horton and Shane Horton; his great-grand-children: Sabrina Eldridge, Edd J. Eldridge, Harris Frazer Eldridge, Cameron Horton, Chandler Horton, Kauri Loyd, D.J. Tucker, Kimberlin Wilson and Abigail Wilson; and one brother, Kenneth W. Frazer, of Blytheville.
Funeral services were in Cobb Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Frazer Cemetery at Hermondale, Mo.
